It seems that today every connoisseur of really good quality wines, not to mention professionals, remembers by heart the meaning of the word Nebbiolo.
We will not repeat and retell all the versions of the origin and translation, but we will immediately proceed to the offer to drink or at least try Nebbiolo from the Lange zone from #aziendaagricolalaganghija. The owner and oenologist by education Enzo Rapallino is proud of his brainchild by right:
Barely filling a glass with wine, as it should be — exactly a third, it is impossible not to freeze for a few minutes to admire the deep noble shade of pomegranate. The aroma of the wine is dominated by notes of plum, blackberry, licorice and spices. The tannins are well integrated and elegant. The wine has an incredibly long and pleasant aftertaste.
Grapes for the creation of this wine are harvested from three different sites, equally high at an altitude of 400 meters above sea level. The average age of the vines in the vineyards is 20 years. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for two weeks, and aging for 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels, and then another 8 months in a bottle, according to the regulations and legislation of the region.
Serve this wine in a wide glass, with a volume of at least 600−750 ml, at a temperature of 16−18 degrees and enjoy every sip.
