With the Perwolff cuvée in 1992, the success story of Austrian red wines began. From the first vintage to this day, the wine has been considered one of the most complex and deep Blaufränkisch in Austria. In this wine, perhaps for the first time, we see the similarity of Blaufränkisch and Pinot Noir: blackberry, black cherry, wet earth, undergrowth, smoky minerality… Explicit tannins in a long and persistent aftertaste give confidence in an incredibly long potential.
