Tercet is a cooperative project of two winemakers — Marc Soyar and Florent Lambert. The first one is well-known to us from Domaine de la Cras and his colleague worked for a long time as a winegrower in various farms of Côte d’Or.

Having met one day at the school of winemaking, they became friends and thought to create wine together. This is how the project later turned out, piece by piece from their common idea.

Friends buy most of the grapes from friends and acquaintances and grow a small amount by themselves on their own plot of 1 hectare. The wicification process takes place in Mark’s cellar in Plombay de Dijon. All grapes are of only organic origin, as are the techniques applicable to them.

Nowadays, the young winemakers are full of energy and hope that their special handmade wines will be recognized at the international level.

Of course, the name of the project and the three owls represent on the labels of wines imply the presence of a third partner in the project. In fact, there is another person who prefers to remain in the shadows, but it is thanks to him that the wines of modest winemakers reach their clients.
