Champagne Maxime Cheurlin Noëllat
BRAND OWNER
In the first quarter of the 20th century, the ancestors of today’s owners of the Cheurlin Noellat estate in Bar-sur-Seine acquired several vineyard plots. The fourth generation of winemakers is represented by Anne-Cecile Cheurlin, she leads all the processes in Champagne and her brother Maxim Noëllat continues the work of his parents in Vosne-Romanee.

The hospitable recoltants' estate is open to wine lovers and offers four of its cuvées for tasting. The Wine Bank assortment includes the freshest and the most cheerful — Carte D*Or Brut.

Troyes city is the nearest administrative center to the estate which is much more southern and much less well-known than, for instance Reims.

Many consider southern Champagne to be eccentric. The vineyards are located on the Jurassic plateau here, which makes the taste of the wines extremely distinctive.

The Golden Card Brut is made from 100% Pinot Noir of various harvest years, fermented in acacia barrels, aged on lees for at least 36 months and aged in bottle for at least three months.
