In the first quarter of the 20th century, the forefathers of today’s owners of the Cheurlin Noellat estate in Bar-sur-Seine had several vineyard plots. The fourth generation of winemakers is Anne-Cecile Sherlen, she leads all the processes in Champagne and her brother Maxime Noella continues the work of his parents in Vaughn Roman.
The gracious farm of recoltants is open to wine lovers and offers four of its cuvees for tasting. In the product range of Wine Bank — the freshest and most cheerful — Carte D * Or Brut.

The nearest administrative center to the economy is the city of Troyes. It is much more southerly and much less famous than, for instance, Reims.

Many consider southern Champagne to be bizarre. The vineyards here are located on the plateau of the Jurassic period which makes the taste of wines extremely distinctive.

Brut Gold Card is made from 100% Pinot Noir of various vintages, fermented in acacia barrels, aged on the lees for at least 36 months and aged in bottle for at least three.
