René Rostand’s first cuvee was made in 1971. Then the vineyards took only 1.5 hectares, they were divided between Côte Blonde and Landonne. The property slowly grew larger and larger through the purchase of new land and the absorption of vineyards by father-in-law Albert Dervier and uncle Marius Gentaz. In 2015, his son Pierre took his place. Nowadays, he has the full control of all processes at the winery and creates each cuvée with his own hands.
