The vineyards in Moulin à Vent and Fleurie were bought in 2013, their area is just over 4 hectares and now they are greatly managed by Clement Boillot. All vinification takes place definitely as in their Côte d’Or wines. All vinification processes take place in Beaujolais, but in November, the must is sent to the family domain in Chambolle-Musigny, where it adults.
